De la Torre Solicitors’ Senior Patners are José Ángel de la Torre Morán and María Esther de la Torre Morán.

Maria Esther de la Torre obtained a Spanish Law Degree at the University of Granada (Andalucia, Spain) in 1993. She is an Spanish-English speaking Lawyer, member of Malaga Law Society since 2004. She has been member of Jaen Law Society from 1997 until 2004.

She also completed a Masters Degree in Legal Practice at Jaen Law Society from 1997 until 1999, followed by a Masters Degree in International and Procedural Law at the University of Jaen (Andalucia, Spain) from 2000 until 2002. She is specialized in General Litigation (Family Law, Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Resolutions, Civil Law, Criminal cases, Administrative and Employment Law, etc..), Conveyancing and full-service Legal Advice to resident and non-resident people in Spain (Inheritance Law, Property Law, Commercial Law, Debt Recovery, all kind of contracts, etc..).

She has a long experience as she has rendered her legal services in several prestigious Law Firms since 1997.

José Ángel de la Torre obtained the Law Degree at the University of Granada (Andalucia, Spain) in 2001, and he founded his own law firm in Almeria in 2007. He is a bilingual Spanish- English lawyer who is a member of Málaga Law Society since October 2004.

His formation was completed with a Masters Degree in Legal Practice at Málaga Law Society and several specialization courses like Legal English and Legal French. In the period 2004 – 2007. He practised law in several prestigious law firms in Costa del Sol, with specialization in Conveyancing, General Litigation and International Taxation.

During the last years he has been specialized in litigation against developers due to town- planning illegalities, breach of contracts, fraud, etc.
