A. Identification of the joint controllers of the processing
THE WEBSITE OWNERS, provided with 26220090K and 26233068G respectively, inform the user and client of their website of the existence of an automated personal data processing activities registry named CLIENTS, where the personal data that the user and client communicate to them are collected and stored in order to manage their request.
B. Updating of the policies
THE WEBSITE OWNERS will modify, without prior notice, this privacy policy whenever necessary to adapt it to any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential, or administrative change, or for the purpose of adapting said policy to the instructions issued by the Data Protection Agency or the legitimate purpose of any modification of this policy; notwithstanding the foregoing, it will be published and warned on the website of THE WEBSITE OWNERS.
For all the reasons stated above, THE WEBSITE OWNERS recommend that users periodically read these policies in order to know the changes made to them.
C. Purpose of the Registry of Activities

For these cases and those described in the following section, the entities inform the client that the data processing is carried out for the following purposes: to carry out all management related to the preparation of quotes, contracting, and provision of services of THE WEBSITE OWNERS to the company to which they belong or, where appropriate, to the interested party requesting it; as well as to attend to and answer received communications and commercial prospecting to keep users informed of possible promotions.

For the same purposes, THE WEBSITE OWNERS inform that if the client sends an email or communicates their personal data to THE WEBSITE OWNERS by reason of the position they hold in a company (whether as administrator, manager, representative, and/or any other position as a contact person in the company), it will be understood that such communication entails the provision of their free, unambiguous, specific, informed, and express consent for the processing of their personal data by THE WEBSITE OWNERS, for the purposes established above.
