The Partners
Delatorre Solicitors is led by senior partners José Ángel de la Torre Morán and María Esther de la Torre Morán, whose combined experience spans decades of legal practice across a wide range of disciplines.
María Esther de la Torre Morán
María Esther de la Torre Morán obtained her Law Degree from the University of Granada in 1993 and is a member of the Málaga Bar Association.
She completed a Master's Degree in Legal Practice with the Jaén Bar Association (1997–1999), followed by a Master's Degree in International and Procedural Law at the University of Jaén (2000–2002).
Her practice includes litigation across civil, family, criminal, administrative, and employment law, alongside property transactions and advisory work in inheritance, commercial matters, debt recovery, and contractual disputes. She has extensive professional experience since 1997 in several respected law firms.
José Ángel de la Torre Morán
José Ángel de la Torre Morán obtained his Law Degree from the University of Granada in 2001 and established his own firm in Almería in 2007. He is a member of the Málaga Bar Association and practises law in multiple languages, including Spanish, English and Dutch.
He completed a Master's Degree in Legal Practice at the Málaga Bar Association and has additional training in Legal English and Legal French.
His professional background includes work in leading law firms on the Costa del Sol, with specialisation in property law, litigation, and international taxation. His recent practice has focused on disputes involving property development, including planning irregularities, breach of contract, and fraud-related claims.
